Booking Policy

Starting from June, The Mansion is honoring all the room blocks reservations and will be available to be booked on the dates that open online. Booking cancellations due to COVID-19 event and travel restrictions are respected and refunds of applicable deposits are considered. Services Changes Due to COVID-19

In response to COVID-19, some of our amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, and our wellness center will not be available. The indoor onsite food and beverage service will be suspended and reopened based on the permission from the government. Full and regular Housekeeping services will be restricted for safety concerns.
