From New York City and major Airports:
Go East on Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to exit 39. Turn left onto Glen Cove Road (you will be going North). Continue on this road approximately 5.5 miles and after crossing Northern Blvd, bear left at the fork in the road (Rt. 107). The road will end and a firehouse will be directly in front of you. Turn right onto Brewster Street. Go to the fourth traffic light and make a left onto Dosoris Lane. Continue for one mile to the main entrance of the Glen Cove Mansion which will be on your right.
